We cater for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and any other occasion you can think of.

classic caesar salad w/ leaves of cos lettuce, crispy bacon, croutons & parmesan tossed through caesar dressing

scotch fillet
300g grain fed scotch fillet served with smashed potatoes, beans & red wine jus
chicken schnitzel
panko crumbed chicken schnitzel served with mash, roasted pumpkin & mushroom gravy
barramundi
barramundi served with mash, broccolini, lemon & a garlic white wine sauce
chicken supreme
oven roasted chicken supreme served with mash & green vegetables, with a semi sun-dried tomato sauce

Free Room Hire

Free room hire is available for a 5 hour period with the purchase of a food package from the function menu.

Minimum numbers for full hire of level two

Sunday to Thursday minimum of 30 people
Fridays minimum of 40 people
Saturdays minimum of 50 people

Deposits

In order to secure your booking a $200 deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received and you have returned a signed copy of the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Payment

Full payment of your function must be made 14 days prior to the event. Payment methods include amex, visa, mastercard or cash.
Credit card guarantee. Credit card details are required in the case of property damage, theft or additional extras.
You will be notified prior to any amount being charged to your credit card. Credit card details will be destroyed after the successful completion of your function.

DJ and Jukebox

DJ $420

Jukebox $200.

Linen Service

Tablecloths $7 per table.

Decorations

Please feel free to put decorations up for your function. Limitations do apply, please discuss this with your function organiser.

Final Numbers

Final numbers to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Confirmed numbers to be paid for in full.

Bar and Beverage

Function bar will be opened for a minimum of 50 people. A bar charge fee of $150 will be incurred if minimum number requirements are not met. Bar tabs can be arranged.

Minors

Please let your function organiser know if any minors will be present at your function as strict regulations are in place for any person under the age of 18.

Intoxication & Offensive Behaviour

The venue has a strict policy on intoxication & offensive behavior. Any person deemed to be intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner will be asked to leave the premises. Please work with us in preventing this from happening.

Security Charges

All 18th and 21st birthday parties require a security officer to be present. The fee is $50 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours.

Liability

Whilst all care is taken, O’Donoghue’s will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to any property or decorations left on the premises prior to, during or after the event.

Damages

You will be responsible for any damages caused by your guests during the event. Save
