April 26th marked the first of what we at O’donoghues hope to be the first of many Locals Nights.

Our Locals Night by nature was precisely as the name suggests. We built a Friday night of complete entertainment around all things good, and all things local.
Setting aside our usual line-up of Friday Night cover bands aside, we scouted 4 local original acts to play in front of a full-house in the beer garden.

The Modern Glitch, The Marquis and Marina Mitchell along with Brody Jarrett and the Doyle Brothers completed the ridiculously talented line-up for the evening
The beverage side of the night was well and truly covered, with local brewers Young Henrys bringing a handful of their favourite seasonal beers, taking over the beer garden bar from late afternoon.

The trifecta of local talent was completed through the precise hands of local artist Shannon Boyd, who provided 2 pieces of work to be raffled off with the purchase of any Young Henrys product.

The night was a huge success, with record bar sales rounding off a record week for the team at O’donoghues. All things said and done, the next one should be even bigger!

Keep an eye on our Facebook feed for the announcement of the next big Locals Night.
